Refund policy
If your purchased item(s) are not for you, we offer a 21 day returns/exchange policy.
In order to process a return/exchange all item(s) must be free from signs of wear, odour, still have the original tags intact and be in a resalable condition. We will not be able to accept any returns/exchanges if any of these conditions are not met.
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 days once the item(s) have been received back into our care. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order.
Faulty Items
In the event of receiving faulty item(s) customers are entitled to a full refund. Any item(s) where a fault or damage has been caused due to customer negligence, such as not following the care instructions, we will not be held responsible.
To speak with us about a faulty item(s) please contact us via email info@kmoo.co.uk with full details about the fault, order number and images. To ensure a quick resolution please include the above information where we will contact you to confirm the next steps within 3-5 working days.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seconds or gift cards. We additionally do not offer free returns labels.
